Due to the current development concerning the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the recommendations of the responsible authorities, the RWTH Aachen University is also forced to implement further measures to contain the spread of the virus and to relieve the health care system. The common goal is to stop the further spread of the virus as far as possible and to slow down the speed of its spread.
In this context, personal counselling services are also offered mainly by telephone and online. Public traffic will be closed until further notice.

We have renewed and re-structured our website, which is now split into two parts.
1. In our documentation portal you can find up-to-date information concerning the usage of our services, such as manuals, FAQs, hints for configurations and announcements. The structure mirrors the IT Center’s service catalogue.
