Unfortunately, as a protective measure against infection with the coronavirus we have to close our locations in the SuperC, Seffenter Weg 23 and Wendlingweg 10 for public traffic until further notice. Therefore no dates can be booked until further notice.

What is TreMoGe?

The “Treffpunkt for mobile Geräte” (TreMoGe = meeting point for mobile devices) serves as the focal point of contact for all those who need help in setting up the different services offered by the RWTH IT-Center. We provide professional assistance on a daily basis and help users install WiFi (eduroam) and VPN, configure mobile e-mail clients and install software on their mobile devices such as laptops or smartphones.

TreMoGe calendar for students!

Since the winter semester 2015/16, the IT Center offers a new service that will put an end to the queueing at the TreMoGe office hours. In just 6 steps you can reach a selection of appointments via our TreMoGe appointment calendar where you can select and firmly book a suitable apointment. This gives you the chance to better organize your time and be on time with the required software for the tutorial. Appointments can only be booked by students with a matriculation number.

Service Times for employees of the RWTH Aachen

Employees can drop in at the IT ServiceDesk at Seffenter Weg 23 or Wendlingweg 10 during the opening hours.
