Since 2011 the IT Center uses an IT-Servicemanagement-Tool to work on your requests. These requests are called "Tickets" and are characterized by a unique ticketnumber. A web-interface offers you the possibility of an overview of your requests, the status, and even create and manage new and already given requests to the IT Center.
Terms and conditions of access
An IT Center Ticketportal Account is necessary to get access to the Webportal. This account can be created via the Selfservice-Application. To activate this account a new password has to be set. RWTH employees need a linkage of their TIM and CAMPUS data in order to have access.
At the moment only RWTH employees and students do have access to this service. The portal is only reachabale in the RWTH network.
Requests submitted via e-mail:
Students: Requests will be listed automatically, if they are submitted by the contact e-mail address you configured in the Selfservice.
RWTH-Mitarbeitende: Requests will be listed automatically, if they are submitted by your e-mail address listed in your CAMPUS data.
