The AnyConnect VPN client uses the following protocols/ports. In case you are experiencing connectivity problems, one reason may be that these ports could be blocked by a client-side firewall (e.g. in your home network, in the mobile phone company's network, in the hotel network, etc.).
- tcp/443 (SSLVPN mode)
- udp/443 (SSLVPN mode [optional; needed for DTLS to work])
- udp/500 (IPsec)
- udp/4500 (IPsec)
