Aufgrund von umfangreichen Wartungsarbeiten am Tickettool helpLine ist der IT-Support durch das IT-ServiceDesk nur eingeschränkt erreichbar. In diesem Zeitraum können keine Anfragen über das Tickettool bearbeitet werden und bestehende Tickets können nicht eingesehen werden. E-Mails an das IT-ServiceDesk werden erst nachträglich zugestellt. Nach Abschluss der Wartungsarbeiten werden diese E-Mails nachträglich ab dem 17.05.2019 bearbeitet. Ebenfalls betroffen ist das Ticketportal, das während der Wartung nicht funktionsfähig ist.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das IT-ServiceDesk am Standort Wendlingweg 10 aus betrieblichen Gründen am Freitag, den 17.05.2019, geschlossen bleibt.

Due to extensive maintenance work on the ticket tool helpLine, IT support by the IT-ServiceDesk is only available to a limited extent. After completion of the maintenance work, requests can be processed again after May 16th, 2019. Also affected is the ticket portal, which is not functional during the maintenance. Therefore you can reach the support during this time exclusively by telephone and chat.
